Charitable Foundation
We are focused on supporting programs that address Mental Health, Physical Fitness, Education, Shelter and Supportive Services. We support programs that help/aid in animal rescue services. A special emphasis is placed on the needs for children and for women in the community.
Mental Health
Finding programs that can make a difference for people that live with Mental Health disorders. We seek to find programs that need financial assistance for mental health. In 2024 we have added support for FEAST, a program serving thousands of families of people affected by eating disorders from over 100 different countries throughout the world. We also have added support for Project HEAL, their Mission is to break down systemic, healthcare, and financial barriers to eating disorder healing. In addition, in 2024 we continue our support for Waymakers and Laura’s House.
Education & Physical Fitness
The Glass Wood Foundation supports organizations for Children’s Education and Physical Fitness. These programs might include funding direct to elementary, middle and high schools or school programs, public programs intended to advance education, approved non-profit sports and athletic programs and non-profit programs in the local area. The Glass Wood Foundation contributed support to the Aliso Woods Canyon hiking and biking trails through contributions to Laguna Canyon Foundation, as well as support to for two local Soccer organizations, Laguna Niguel Youth Soccer Organization (LNYSA) and Elite Soccer League.
Shelter and Support
The Glass Wood Foundation from supports LAURA’S HOUSE which provides domestic-violence support and services to the 915,000 residents of Orange County, California. Over the past 24 years, Laura's House has provided shelter and supportive services to more than 5,000 abused women, men and children and counseling, life skills education and legal advocacy to over 55,000 persons. The Glass Wood Foundation supports the Waymakers Huntington Beach Youth Shelter based in Huntington Beach, California and Family Assistance Ministries (FAM) in San Clemente, California.
medical disorders
The Glass Wood Charitable Foundation supports programs and charities that research, fund and support individuals with physical disorders such as Parkinson’s Disease . For 2022, 2023-2024 the Glass Wood Foundation contributed to the Davis Phinney Foundation. The Glass Wood Foundation has supported The Shea Center for Therapeutic Riding in San Juan Capistrano from 2021 to 2024.
Animal Support
The Glass Wood Charitable Foundation supports charities that support animals including animal rescue, animal foster services, and animal education. For 2024 The Glass Wood Foundation continues its support for The Shea Center for Therapeutic Riding. For 2024 we are proud to include support for Surf and Turf Therapy. Also new for 2024 The Glass Wood Foundation proudly supports Hanaeleh horse rescue program in Trabuco Canyon, California and Southern Counties Rescue which is a Cat and Kitten rescue program based in San Juan Capistrano, California.
